Stephanie Lloyd-Foxe

NHMF Group Board Chair | Head of Building Safety and Compliance, Magna HA

Stephanie started her career with main contractor Kier, where she gained invaluable technical and commercial experience, before moving into the housing sector. She has held a number of senior positions in repairs and asset management and is currently Head of Building Safety and Compliance at Magna Housing where she has established a new team, systems and processes to respond to the challenges of the new building safety regime, championing a safety culture.

Stephanie is passionate about customer safety, ensuring that contractors are held to account for historic deficiencies, and for driving up standards in construction, as well as promoting best practice across the sector and working with young people. She holds an MSc in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution, and an MBA.

In 2019 Stephanie was awarded the BCLP Award at the Worshipful Company of Arbitrators National Arbitration Competition and completed an internship at top international law firm Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, working in their International Arbitration and Construction Disputes Division for a short time.

In 2022 Stephanie’s team was shortlisted for the WIFS Fire Safety Team of the Year Award, she was also individually shortlisted for the Women In Fire Safety Award at the Aico Community Awards.

Stephanie is Vice chair of the NHMF Group Board and Chair of the Management Team responsible for delivering on the NHMF’s new vision and key objectives, as well as being a committee member of HAMMAR SW, an enterprise advisor within Dorset Careers and Enterprise Network advising on skills for future employment, a member of the Proptech Innovation Network (PIN) advisory board and is an advocate for innovation and the adoption of new technologies in the sector
