For those involved in social housing maintenance and asset management, Southwest HAMMAR is the forum for sharing information, improving knowledge and communicating with like-minded people in this field.
Join us for this FREE event hosted by HAMMAR Southwest within the beautiful grounds of Bath Spa University.
The programme will include two sessions on damp & mould best practiceand practical approaches with James Berry, (Head of Technical, The Property Care Association) and Graham Dickerson, (Area Maintenance Surveyor, Green Square Accord).This will be followedby a briefing from Professor Peter Walker (Bath University) on Innovative Construction Materials. Our lunchtime sessions will cover updates to Electrical Regulations with Sam Donaghy, (Technical Engineering Manager, Certsure), changes in Procurement with Andrew Millross, (Partner, Anthony Collins) and Passivhaus Design with James Lemanis (EP Projects).
The event will include lunch and refreshments and provide ample opportunity to network with like-minded asset managing colleagues across the Southwest. We hope you can join us.
