This two-day conference is devoted to housing maintenance and asset management, with a mix of seminars and workshops that cover practical and strategic issues within the industry. The exhibition area is the hub of the conference. It hosts the refreshment breaks and buffet lunch, and pre-dinner drinks so it is an ideal space for exhibitors and delegates to network. Exhibitors are a mix of repairs and maintenance contractors, suppliers and consultants.

The NHMF Awards dinner is the social highlight of the conference.
