Tom Jarman has worked in housing for 15 years, including project and programme management, BIM, newbuild and retrofit, predominantly on client-side. He works at regional level, sitting on the Constructing Excellence in the North East Advisory Board, and nationally as a member of the Construction Leadership Council. He is particularly interested in enabling clients - and society - to get much better outcomes from construction.
