Simon joined Johnnie Johnson Housing Trust in November 2021 as an interim consultant to support with Fire Safety. Now in a permanent role leading on Fire safety, Strategic asset management, Capital works delivery and Energy efficiency retrofit.

Having worked in property maintenance for over 40 years, Simon has held various senior positions in Social Housing Maintenance and Care Homes Facilities Management roles. Simon has a wealth of experience of delivering effective change and improving performance while building high quality customer focused teams in both public and private sector organisations.
