Joe is a Fire Engineer and member of the IFE and a Chartered Building Engineer with CABE. Joe has over 17 years’ experience within the fire safety & engineering sector which also includes his time as a firefighter, fire behaviour training instructor, fire engineer and fire risk assessor.  

Joe's current role is Co-CEO of PartB Group. We are a team of fire engineering specialists, highly experienced in resolving complex fire safety issues. We work across the UK and Ireland on projects of all shapes and sizes.

Joe specialises in risk management for large multi-site organisations and works with clients to provide and implement solutions in a structured, risk-based manner. He has a wealth of experience in writing and auditing both invasive and non-invasive external wall surveys, fire risk assessments, and an in-depth knowledge of fire safety legislation which includes its application and management.
