Emma is one of HM Inspectors of Health and Safety, currently working in HSE’s Public Administration Education & Volunteers Sector - (PAEV). PAEV lead on Engagement and Policy in respect of Local and Central Government, Education, Local Authority and Social Housing and Voluntary work across all sectors.

The PAEV team provide direction, advice and support to HSE’s operational teams in respect of standards and compliance with health and safety legislation.

Emma joined HSE in 2009 and spent 8 years as a general inspector working across a wide range of industries, before moving into operational policy and communications.  She has been with the PAEV Team since December 2018.
