Tommy Collins is a Policy Officer at the National Housing Federation and leads on building quality, energy efficiency and asset management. Tommy is a member of BIM4 Housing Associations – a project group tasked with accelerating the adoption of consistent BIM 2 processes in the social housing sector by producing a small suite of standard documents that are ready for housing associations to use, promoting them with a business case for the sector. Tommy is also a chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) and a board member for CIH West Midlands.
