Austin has worked within housing over the course of 30 years, starting in the private new build and second-hand residential sale sector. He transitioned into social housing in 2019, firstly working within asset management, before specialising in energy and sustainability.

Within his role at VIVID, the key focus is all about improving how we operate our heat networks, overseeing our commercial energy procurement, consistently looking at ways to improve heat network efficiency to reduce CO2 emissions and reduce customers energy costs.
