Head of Customer Experience, Wolverhampton Homes
Rebecca has been Head of Customer Experience at Wolverhampton Homes since March 2021, after leaving her previous role as Head of Membership at the Chartered Institute of Housing. In her current role, Rebecca is responsible for all things Customer Experience including Customer Resolution, Community Development, Marketing and Communications, Performance and the Customer Contact Centre. Wolverhampton Homes are an ALMO with over 20,000 properties. Outside of this role, Rebecca is also a Board Member at Phoenix Community Housing. Rebecca has a strong passion for resident leadership and ensuring that the customer voice is at the heart of everything we do. Rebecca is also an Ambassador for the House of Stonewall, championing equality, diversity and inclusion across the sector and again, with our customers.
