Paul specialises in the decarbonisation and retrofitting of social housing and commercial properties. Expertise in PAS 2030 and PAS 2035, on both funded and non-funded projects.

Paul is passionate about high quality decarbonisation and retrofit, green apprenticeships and renewables innovation, which will only come from a concerted effort through industry collaboration. Paul also contributed on The Centre for Social Justice paper ‘Better Insulate Than Never’, highlighting the retrofitting skills shortages based on regional areas.
