Chris is a Director of PML Group, a business improvement consultancy based in London. He is also an Independent Director of engagement experts, Tpas England, and a visiting lecturer in partnering at University College London.  He has authored recent papers Collabor-8 2020, The Future of social Housing is looking up (2020) and the Fire Safety Compliance Forum’s Best Practice Insights Guide (2021).

Following a 32-year career working in a variety of management and leadership roles for Main Contractors, he retrained at Warwick Business School to focus on his passion of helping organisations, teams, and individuals improve what they do and grow. A passionate advocate of partnership and collaboration, Chris says “ We can all achieve more by better understanding each other’s perceptions and working together to achieve common goals. Working collaboratively is not rocket science, but it does require the right behaviours from partners, and being able to make a positive difference by facilitating that behavioural change is a privilege”.
