Head of Property Compliance, Orbit Group
Neil Yeomans is an ex-Senior Enforcement Officer who is now the Head of Property Compliance for Orbit Housing. His experience of investigating injuries and fatalities caused by substandard housing means that he is determined to change the way that Housing Providers ensure tenant safety. In 2017, he built a new Compliance Team at Orbit, which has a non-traditional structure, designed to deliver organisational cultural change.
