Samantha has worked in WM Housing’s asset team since 2004 and leads on delivering the Group’s asset management strategy, specialising in asset performance evaluation and active asset management across the Group. 

Working in social housing for over 30 years, Samantha spent her early career in housing management and latterly in property services. Committed to social housing, her housing management experience places the customer central to asset management decisions.  Samantha is uniquely ‘twin hatted’ in terms of understanding the needs of housing management and constraints of property management.
