Senior Policy Officer
Rosalie spent 10 years working in gas & electricity domestic retail focussing on smart meter roll-out, solar export and half-hourly settlement. In December 2023 Rosalie joined DESNZ as a member of the Heat Networks policy team and has been working on the upcoming consumer protection regulations.
