Adam has over 15 years’ experience in Social Housing, having previously worked for a main contractor and in the commercial team of a major house builder.
In social housing Adam has been involved in the successful planning and delivery of a broad range of projects including LADs, SHDF Demonstrator, Wave 1 and Wave 2, using knowledge gained in planned works, compliance and responsive repairs management.
