Dawn is a strategic HR Leader who works as a member of the senior management team at Guinness Property.  Dawn is a Chartered Fellow of CIPD and also has the CIPD Advanced Employment Law qualification to her accolade.  Having worked in housing for 30 years Dawn is aware of the challenges that come with attracting minority groups to traditional construction trades, and has regularly championed the industry through taster days and full programmes for women and hard to reach groups as well as running CV writing and interview sessions for school leavers and ex-offenders.
