Keith Simpson has spent 50 plus years working in the social housing sector with his final post as Director of Technical Services at LB Islington in 1996. Following that he created the JHGroup providing advice to SPs about internalising services and creating DLOs. Keith founded the Direct Works Forum in 1998 which now has 115 LA and HA members, managing 2.2million houses in every constituent part of the UK.
