Joe Hart is founder and CEO of the Delta Innovation Group, a specialist building safety company providing consultancy services throughout the building lifecycle. In this role, Joe is Head of Fire Engineering at Delta Fire Engineering, Head of R&D at Delta Research & Development and Curriculum Director at Delta Fire Training. Joe holds a degree in Fire Engineering from the University of Central Lancashire and a Masters degree in Fire and Explosion Engineering from the University of Leeds, and is a leading Fire Engineer and academic working and teaching across the UK and abroad. He is based in both London and the northwest, as well as operating the Delta Fire Research Centre (FRC), a dedicated fire research and testing laboratory in Preston, Lancashire.
