Haydn has nearly 40 years’ experience in repairs, maintenance and construction. Since 1995 he's worked in the social housing sector for local authorities and several housing associations including Helena Homes, Golden Gates HT, Torus, HMS and, for the past 5 years, Magenta Living. He was also a non-executive director of Arena Homes, where he served 9 years as a Board Member. Haydn specialises in building high performing teams, delivering first class repairs and maintenance services to customers.
