Recently appointed as Mears Group Social Value Business Partner, Claire works closely with clients, colleagues, residents and the wider communities, offering support for the delivery of the Groups ESG & Social Impact strategies, ensuring Mears continue to make a difference to people’s lives ensuring the best outcomes for communities and clients alike.

With over 20 years experience in the housing sector, Claire joined Mears in 2019 as Customer Success Manager for the Mears contract in Milton Keynes  and was recently named Mears’ “Amazing Manager of the Year 2024,” a recognition of her outstanding leadership and ability to develop strong relationships across all levels.

Claire’s career began as a Housing Officer with Milton Keynes City Council, where she managed tenant relations and housing allocations, especially for vulnerable groups.
