Chanel is a solicitor in the projects team at Anthony Collins supporting on all aspects of public procurement law, including strategy and design, advising clients throughout the procurement lifecycle and procurement challenges. Chanel is currently assisting housing providers and local authorities in implementing the requirements of the Procurement Act 2023 reforms.

Chanel also supports housing providers and local authorities in procuring major contracts, mostly for maintenance, servicing, planned improvements and related activities.
