Naureen Ullah is recently appointed Chair for Women in Social Housing South East. Currently working as Partnerships Manager for South East Consortium a public sector procurement provider, leading on the customer facing part of the organisation. Naureen is responsible for managing relationships with existing customers, supporting new contacts and engaging with framework service providers. 

With over 20 years of experience in the social housing sector, Naureen has a wealth of knowledge and passion for driving positive change. Naureen is deeply committed to highlighting the challenges faced by the sector and working collaboratively to overcome them. As a mentor for the Housing Diversity Network (HDN) for over three years, she strongly believes that mentoring and coaching are vital in helping individuals thrive within the housing sector.  Under Naureen’s leadership, the South East board is dedicated to empowering the next generation to pursue careers in housing. By hosting events and addressing skill shortages across the housing sector and its supply chain, the board aims to provide support to all associated organisations. While challenges persist, there is immense satisfaction in knowing you’ve made a difference or helped someone along their journey. Naureen and the board are also passionate advocates for addressing gender-based violence and domestic abuse. They believe we all play a role in eradicating these behaviours by fostering understanding and promoting respect among partners, families, and communities.
