Business Development Manager, Sappers Network
Bob Lisle joined the Royal Engineers from Consett Grammar School at the age of 15 as a boy soldier and left in 2009 as a Lt Colonel.
During this time he has seen service in NI,Cyprus, Germany, Falklands, Bosnia, Kuwait, Czech Republic and Iraq.
On completion of his service he moved into the oil and gas industry, spending six years in the Middle East.
Bob now works with Sappers Network, a charitable organisation within the Royal Engineers which assists service leavers and veterans find work.
