Jo Down jointly runs the Ian Williams Academy’s award-winning apprentice and trainee surveyor schemes, in which 111 people are currently enrolled. She is responsible for the recruitment, appointment and development of trainees across all parts of the business.  Jo was an instrumental part of the team awarded the NHMF’s Best Apprentice Scheme in 2018.  She joined Ian Williams in 2016, bringing with her a wealth of experience in the training and development of apprentices in the construction sector.  During her career Jo has helped over 450 trainees through qualification and career development.
