Sian Pearce has led the training and development team at Ian Williams for 11 years and was instrumental in the creation of the Ian Williams Academy. She has 25 years' experience in training and development and a master's degree in management, batchelor's degree in biochemistry and PGCE from Cambridge University. At this time of great change in the training and development and apprenticeships arena, Sian works closely with senior members of the CITB seeking to develop pragmatic solutions that work for both Ian Williams and the construction industry.
