Property Services Team Leader
Roxanne joined Wealden as a Contracts Officer in 2015, becoming a Property Services Team Leader in April 2019. The team consists of two Contracts Officers, a Void Surveyor and a Maintenance Inspector who manage all the repairs, maintenance and refurbishment contracts across Wealden’s social housing stock of 3,000+ properties including flats, houses and Retirement Living Courts.
