Debbie is an experienced professional with over 20 years of expertise in social housing recruitment. She began her career with a renowned blue-chip recruitment business before transitioning to a specialised agency in the Northwest, where she successfully established and led their social housing division. More recently, Debbie launched her own consultancy, MK-Consult Ltd, which provides recruitment support to clients and contractors, as well as consultancy services to help enhance communication, support, and in-house recruitment functions.

Her passion lies in working with people and driving improvements, and she is dedicated to helping clients challenge the status quo and deliver exceptional services to both in-house teams and their customers. Outside of her professional work, Debbie is an active Trustee for a homeless charity in Liverpool, where she contributes to boards and advocates for diversity and culture within organizations.

With today’s challenges around culture, skills development, training, and recruitment, Debbie is working closely with organizations to find practical solutions that help them tackle these issues. She focuses on helping businesses create supportive, inclusive environments where both employees and customers can thrive.
