Pete is a social housing professional of almost 20 years, he is Head of Strategic Building Safety at L&Q and chairs the G15 Building Safety sub-group. He was the head of building safety at Trafford Housing Trust and was one of the first building safety managers in the UK. Pete has an Asset and Compliance background, and his heritage is the heavily regulated, oil & gas, nuclear and MOD sectors. Pete is a member of the CIH and the CIOB, and is also actively involved in various building safety groups and compliance peer groups.
