Mal is the Asset Management Director for Platform Housing Group, now one of the largest registered providers in the Midlands following the recent merger of Waterloo Housing Group and Fortis Living in October 2018. Mal has nearly 30 years’ experience in both new build project management and maintenance management, gained from working with private sector businesses, registered providers and a leading charity.
