This session will explain the Each Home Counts review of domestic retrofit and its key outcomes, including the establishment of the TrustMark quality mark for retrofit, the Retrofit Standards Framework established by BSI, and the overarching domestic retrofit standard PAS 2035 Retrofitting Dwellings for Improved Energy Efficiency: Specification and Guidance. The session will also cover the transition of Energy Company Obligation (ECO) work to TrustMark and compliance with PAS 2035.
